Refund policy

Please read carefully before your purchase. ALXNDR Jewelry genuinely wishes you will be satisfied with any and every purchase you make with us. With that said, every piece of jewelry purchased through our site is considered a custom order, crafted for you and can take several days and weeks to make depending on the complexity of the design. That being said, ALXNDR jewelry must uphold a no refund policy for these purchases. However, some items can be returned for partial credit or exchange (limit one exchange per order) if the item isn’t altered or engraved in any way. Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a partial credit return or exchange. Buyers will be responsible for refinishing or restocking and all non refundable shipping fees. In the very rare event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at alxndrjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your name, order number, written description of damage and pictures of the damage in the email. If the claim is excepted, an email will be sent to you with return instructions  and all following shipping costs will be waived by us on the order. 


Ready to ship section

Items in this section are eligible for a partial store credit or exchange. Items that are worn/engraved/altered I any way are not eligible for return or exchange. Buyer will be responsible for any reconditioning fees, restocking fees and nonrefundable shipping. Please notify us immediately at alxndrjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include name, order number, nature of the claim and pictures if required.


Please understand, these policies are aimed toward avoiding theft, various types of fraud and costly productions costs that can not be refunded to us in the event of “buyer remorse”.  We are here to provide you with high quality service and fine jewelry that you deserve. We will work to make you genuinely satisfied with your purchase with us.
