Ring Resizing Policy

At ALXNDR Jewelry, we want every piece to fit perfectly. That’s why we offer one complimentary resizing on any ring purchased directly from us. You’ll simply cover the shipping costs to and from our studio.

Guidelines for Resizing

• Standard Adjustment: Most rings can be resized approximately ¼–½ size.

• Eternity Bands & Certain Designs: Rings with diamonds or gemstones set all the way around (eternity bands) and certain intricate designs cannot be sized down by cutting. In many cases, they may only be resized up slightly (about ¼–½ size).

• Remakes: If a design cannot be resized within these limits and requires a complete remake, a $500 remake fee will apply. We’ll always confirm with you before moving forward.

Additional Notes

• Complimentary resizing applies to the original purchaser only and must be requested within 60 days of delivery.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We recommend insured shipping for your protection.

• Any subsequent resizes beyond the first complimentary adjustment will incur additional fees, quoted on a case-by-case basis.
