ALXNDR Jewelry Manufacturer’s Warranty

At ALXNDR Jewelry, every piece is carefully crafted with the highest attention to quality, detail, and craftsmanship. We proudly stand behind our work and are pleased to offer a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on all of our jewelry.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Structural flaws in the design or craftsmanship.

  • Loose stones caused by improper setting.

  • Broken clasps, prongs, or other hardware defects attributable to manufacturing.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

To maintain fairness and protect against misuse, this warranty does not cover:

  • Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance of your jewelry.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.

  • Typical wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or thinning of bands).

  • Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by another jeweler.

  • Stones that have been lost due to trauma or forceful impact.

Conditions of Coverage

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser of the item. Proof of purchase may be required.

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, ALXNDR Jewelry will repair or, if necessary, remake the item at no charge.

  • If damage is found to be outside of warranty coverage, we can provide repair services at a reasonable cost. A quote will be given before any work is performed.

  • If the design requires a full remake (for example, eternity bands that cannot be resized), a remake fee starting at $500 will apply.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at alxndrjewelry@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos and/or video showing the defect.

Once reviewed, we will provide next steps, including shipping instructions. All shipping to and from our studio is the customer’s responsibility.

Important Notes

  • Regular maintenance (such as cleaning and prong tightening) is part of responsible jewelry care and is not included in this warranty.

  • We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if we believe the issue is due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights and is non-transferable.
